The context button is X for Xbox and Square for PS. Just move over which item you wanna move, drop or examine or whatever and hit that.
If you’re talking about sending items from your inventory to your backpack, the extra inventory thing, you can press A or X on the backpack to open it, then RB or R1 to bring up your inventory alongside it.
