You can found them at the Diabolist, you can use the Iris (eyes, you need 3 of those) to make an essence.
If the Diabolist doesn’t have any take some long rests and her inventory should reset
And if she only has 2 you can go to the hag’s basement under the tavern, there you’ll find another iris.
Note: There was at least one of those in the place where you got the book/recipe as well.
