Where to Find the Ground Building (Ottoman)
It’s in the big circular station with the 2 electrical arcs you have to pass through to get to an airlock.
After you go through the airlock, it’s to the left side of the “waiting room” area.
This circular station is the one where you find the projector showing you how to go through the game menu to enable radiation protection.
