Solo Strategy
For the strategies, as a beginer you can go with an EMF, syringe and video camera (with your light off – entities will not see you as well) which is a good combo.
While in an exploration if you take a relic, the entity will come at you so be sure to have the opportunity to move quick, look for lightsticks in drawers (there’s some a bit everywhere).
If you don’t have anymore just run with your light off, stairs are a good place to jump and gain distance with the entities.
