First, go to this location of Rivet Town and defeat the Warp Trotter here to obtain the mission item – Dirty Ribbon Tied to a Bell.
Then approach the glowing spot by this window and interact with it.
Pick “Does this ring any bells?”
Afterwards, interact with the glowing spot again to obtain the mission item – Damaged Music Box.
Teleport to any other map then return to this position and speak to the woman, hand her the music box.
You will then receive a Praise of High Morals and the achievement Outworlder.
