Baraka with his uppercut and his leg sweep is very strong and if you just pump all the stats into hi attack stat he will nearly 2 shot most people.
Not only that for farming alot of XP, test your might may be the best, I found 1 that gave me 30 XP no matter my level and it doesnt look like leveling scales with more XP required.

I’ve just been spamming the one-fight weekly towers. Enemies always seem to be set 5-6 levels higher than you. I get 59 xp per fight with the relic from the beginning that gives +15% XP.
