How to Get New Buildings
Tip: You will never get new buildings during missions. Everything you can build (even if not unlocked from the beginning like in the tuturials) can be seen in the build menu.
For your example: If salad farms are missing, you will never get them either in this mission.
Pause the game at the beginning and look what buildings you have. This is also a good hint for what to import / export later.
