Tips for Battle of White Mountain
Here is a walkthrough. The flanks, particularly the Catholic right, is vulnerable. You’re going to lose some infantry to the tercios, but if you wipe out the supporting cavalry and a few isolated infantry units you can win the battle.
I ended my recording at that point, but without the supports the tercios are doomed. All you have to do is park a cavalry unit directly to their front with the rear tile of the cavalry clear. The tercio can either charge them, in which case your cav will fall back after impact, or shoot.
The tercio will win a 1v1 firefight vs your cavalry unit, but that’s not the point – the point is to have 3-5 other units surrounding the tercio and shredding it with musketry.
