Citizen’s Education Level
If you click the citizen you want to see > fulfullment > scroll all the way to the bottom > (then a few up) education / indoc, this is that persons individual level.
And if you want it for the whole race go to your population tab -> e.g. humans -> occupation.
There you see the overall % of education within that species and you can also set the target education level (or submission) for schools and universities.
