I may have good news for you folks. Also tried NVMe SSD, SATA SSD, and lover settings, 3-to 4 sec freezes every couple of seconds.
Then tried a solution for Armored Core and Viola, it works! Tried to disable the core, enable all cores, play for a couple of minutes and random locations, and disable it again to make sure it is this thing.
