How to Fix Twitch Drop Issues

If you are having issues claiming your Twitch Drops please check the following:

• Please make sure you have linked both your accounts on [Twitch Drops Page]
• If the Steam link is returning you to the page without confirming you are connected, you can see if you are connected by following the the next step;
• To make sure your account is linked correctly, you can do this via Twitch Settings, under Connections. Scroll down to the bottom and you should see Last Epoch, as shown in the screenshot below.
• Confirm you clicked to claim drop from your Twitch inventory
• If that doesn’t work, please contact Twitch Support
• If your watch progress is not tracking correctly, please refresh the page and check your Twitch Drop Inventory. If this has not helped, please contact Twitch Support.

Statement from the Developers:

We are aware of a Twitch Account Linking problem on twitch.lastepoch.com, and are investigating. If you link your twitch account, it should accurately track progress. Once the issue is resolved, you can link your Last Epoch account and the items will be added.
