How to Fix Text Jumbled Up / Flickering Issue

Cause:

This is a common problem among 10 series cards, especially the 1070/1080 ti. This has something to do with the hud not being rendered correctly.

This is not an issue with your GPU but instead is an issue with the game.

How to Fix:

There are a few causes to this bug and multiple fixes as this bug has a wide array of causes depending on the GPU.

Try each fix and see if you still get the bug before trying another fix:

Go to HUD>HUD Background opacity>set to off.
Restart game.

Game settings>turn off Screen-space global illumination.
Restart game.

Nvidia control panel>Video>Adjust video image settings>Edge enhancement>set to 47%.
Restart game.
