How can I link the game profile to the game ID?

When you first open the game, you will have the opportunity to link your game profile to your Embark ID. This step is crucial to ensure that your progress and unlocked items are available.

If you have skipped this step, please link Embark ID from your profile options on your device and contact the Customer Support directly. 

Will crossplay and cross-progression be available during the beta?

Yes, crossplay and cross-progression will indeed be accessible during the beta phase. By linking your Embark ID to your in-game profile, you will have the ability to seamlessly resume your progress on other platforms.

What platforms will be available during the beta of THE FINALS?

The beta will be accessible on the following platforms: Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 (PS5), as well as PC via Steam.

Is an active console subscription required to participate in the beta? Will it be necessary for online play in the future?

No, an active subscription to services such as PS+ (PlayStation Plus) and XBL Gold (Xbox Live Gold) will not be necessary to access the beta or for online gameplay upon the game’s official launch.

Will support be provided for additional devices such as headset, and microphone for voice chat?

How to install or reinstall the beta version of a game on Xbox and PS5?

Installing or reinstalling the beta version of a game on Xbox and PlayStation 5 is a straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

For Xbox:

1. Access the Microsoft Store: From the Xbox dashboard, navigate to the Microsoft Store.
2. Search for the Game: Use the search function to find the beta version of the game you want to install or reinstall.
3. Select the Game: Once you find the game, select it to view its details.
4. Install or Reinstall: If you haven’t installed the beta version before, you should see an option to “Install.” If you previously installed it and need to reinstall, you may see “Install” or “Get” (depending on your previous ownership). Select this option.
5. Follow Prompts: Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation process. This may include confirming the download and agreeing to any terms and conditions.
6. Launch the Game: Once the installation is complete, you can launch the game and enjoy the beta version.

For PlayStation 5:
