How to Fix Game Crashes

If you can successfully launch the game, but it crashes periodically during play with a Unreal crash report like the one below that includes the line “GPU Crash dump Triggered”.

Try the following:

  • Ensure your PC meets or exceeds minimum spec (see below).
  • Ensure you have the most up-to-date graphics drivers
  • If you have an NVIDIA graphics card, try turning off Nvidia’s DLSS FrameGen in the game settings
    • Open the game
    • Navigate to Settings (while playing, hit the Esc key)
    • Under Video, ensure FrameGen is off

Minimum System Requirements

  • OS: Windows 10 64-Bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-4430
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060, Radeon RX 580 or Intel Arc A580
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 70 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: Internet connection required + SSD required
